Crafted on the Y05 last, with a full-strap penny design, Blake construction, and an unlined interior, the Capri is lightweight, elegant, and made for travel. Relaxed, refined, and ready for summer.

 

A subtle, earthy green inspired by the fig trees that cling to the cliffs of Capri. This shade captures the freshness of Mediterranean foliage with a refined, masculine charm, easy to wear, yet full of character. A Summer Story by Yearn

When we first laid eyes on this batch of Italian grain calf, it wasn’t just the texture that moved us, it was the colors. Each shade seemed to whisper of summer in Italy: strolling along the beach in the afternoon light, quiet paths lined with fig trees, and the gentle terracotta glow as the sun dipped behind Capri’s rooftops.


Inspired by these fleeting moments, we chose four beautiful tones that capture the poetry of the season. The result is our Capri Loafer series, made to bring lightness and joy to your summer wardrobe, and a touch of quiet romance to every step.

A new attempt

Using a lighter Blake construction and removing the inner lining. While staying true to traditional shoemaking craftsmanship, we hope each pair of Yearn shoes continues to surprise and adapt to a wider range of lifestyles.

A beautifully made loafer, presented with care

I’m delighted with my Yearn Capri loafers in olive. The workmanship is excellent: the stitching is immaculate, and the shoes arrived exceptionally well protected. The presentation was thoughtful throughout, from the quality green Yearn box to the substantial cloth shoe bags and matching cloth included inside.

I also ordered the shoe trees, which fit snugly and are shaped to follow the lines of the shoes beautifully. The quality of both the shoes and the workmanship is superior to that of several other manufacturers I’ve tried, especially at this price.

The loafers feel a little loose on me, but that’s due to my recent weight loss, not any fault of Yearn. I may need to order half a size smaller next time, and in the meantime, thicker socks should do the trick. I especially appreciated the personal note included in the box. That extra touch says a lot about the care Yearn puts into its customers and its products.

I’ll be buying from Yearn again.
