I ordered the Artisanal Line variant of the OXF. 571 as I loved the simple black toecap oxford design, but wanted the elevated detail of the fiddleback waist and matching welt stitching to the fudging. Throughout the process, direct email correspondence with Tim Liu and the Yearn Team has been nothing but reassuring and a seamless ordering experience.

Despite a slight quality issue on my initial shoes, the Yearn team guided me through the return process with complete transparency. A great product is one thing, but to have a team which follows up with their customers when something goes wrong is the best you could ask for, especially with shoes at this price range.

The final shoes I received are immaculate - the photos speak for themselves. Coming from ready to wear shoes that cost less than this, I can see where the added value of craftsmanship is going to. The beautiful welt fudging with stitches matching every groove is a particular detail that specifically made me choose the Artisanal Line version. And of course, the sharp fiddleback waist matched by the sculpted last makes the shoes appear like a bespoke costing an order of magnitude higher than they are. Having the upper leather curve tightly downward towards the soles, and wrap snugly around the heel area is something you don't see on cheaper pair of shoes, as it requires more handwork shaping the leather around the last.

There's nothing more that I could've hoped for - perhaps the only minor detail I could've wished for is for a little decorative wheeling along the sides of the heel. Nevertheless, everything as a whole is done well and I can highly recommend these - especially with the added attention to detail the Artisanal Line offers!

I just received my new Amalfi loafers yesterday. True to size these are simply stunning and really remind me of the sandy beaches in Amalfi (near Naples if you're keen to visit). This loafer is soft and comfortable and a lovely sand colour; perfect for the summer with khaki chinos or dark jeans. The braided suede is beautiful and the level of detail is stunning and I am sure i will enjoy them for a long time!

If you’re looking for a handmade shoe with serious value, Yearn is hard to beat. I’ll definitely be adding another pair soon. Fell in love with its N201 loafer in burgundy.

Ordered 2 oxfords. Delivered in reasonable time. Boxes and shoe bags very well done. Workmanship excellent. What surprised me was a level of comfort right out of the box without any break in period. Outstanding.

I've used a few horsehair brushes on my dress shoes in the past but none have even come close to the quality of the Paul Brunngard. It has a smoothness when brushing across the leather that most other brushes do not have. I'm not surprised as Yearn only sells quality items.

I recently purchased Paul Brunngard shoe brush and reviving cream. They work great!! The reason I am giving five stars was the unbelievable customer service I was given by Yearn from whom I purchased the items. When the USPS reported my package delivered I emailed Yearn and was told they would replace the items. They did ask that I call one phone number for the USPS and just inquire about my package. When I made the phone call it became clear that the postal service had not lost the package but had not delivered it to my residence. I had to track it down, but Yearn helped all along the way. After a number of days and concert communication with Yearn I was able to track my package down at a post office across town.

Through the whole process Yearn responded to every email I sent them in a manner more timely than I would have expected.

Through the whole process they have gained a customer for life. This type of customer service is not found in today's world, I was very grateful for all that Yearn did an offered through this entire process.
